What are the payment options?
We at BelleNest accept credit card, Debit card, Net banking, UPI and third-party wallets. Cash on Delivery is not available due to COVID-19 precautions.
What is your return policy?
A return request would be accepted only in cases of damaged product, wrong product received by the customer. In such cases, after the return request has been made the customer must be responsible for shipping the said product back.
It is required that in cases of returns and cancellations a mail is to be sent to us at help.bellenest@gmail.com which would be reverted back in 48-72 hours.
Refund will be initiated once the said product has been received by BelleNest as per the address provided by us.

Custom-made products would not be eligible for return requests.
What is your cancellation policy
Once an order has been placed, BelleNest will not entertain any cancellation requests. We however reserve the right to cancel any order as per our sole discretion and upon such cancellation the refund shall be processed in 10 business days. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
