A return request would be accepted only in cases of damaged product, wrong product received by the customer. In such cases, after the return request has been made the customer must be responsible for shipping the said product back.

 

It is required that in cases of returns and cancellations a mail is to be sent to us at help.bellenest@gmail.com which would be reverted back in 48-72hours.

 

Refund will be initiated once the said product has been received by BelleNest as per the address provided by us.

 

Custom made products would not be eligible for return request.

The candle is securely packed in bubble wraps and then profile wrapped. It comes in a brown cardboard box. We ship India wide.
